More than 300 conference speakers will provide insight including the CEO of Commercial Bank of Dubai, executive director of Morgan Stanley and the co-founder of Brands for Less.

Now in its 22nd year, the event takes place on 31 May to 1 June 2022 at Dubai World Trade Centre. It is held under the patronage of His Highness Lieutenant-General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and in partnership with the League of Arab States, Arab Federation of Digital Economy, Ministry of Interior and Dubai Economy.

Payments and e-commerce in the Middle East Africa South Asia (MEASA) region is soaring with industry experts predicting that by the end of 2022 the market value will grow to $148.5billion.

Dubai CommerCity is a title sponsor at Seamless Middle East. Its keynote speaker DeVere Forster, chief operating officer at Dubai CommerCity, commented: “Between 2019 and 2022, the UAE was one of the fastest growing e-commerce markets in the MEASA region with a compounded growth rate equivalent to 38.3 per cent. In the upcoming edition of Seamless Middle East, Dubai CommerCity will be showcasing its strategy to maintain and boost the market growth in the e-commerce sector.”

Alongside the conference is a free-to-attend exhibition – showcasing companies include Mastercard, Oracle, Geidea, checkout.com, Stripe, Emirates Post and Dubai Store. Other free-to-attend highlights include the fintech pavilion, startup showcase, e-commerce university, startup pitch offs and an incredible opportunity for face-to-face networking.
